How long is the course?

On average, the course takes about 45 minutes to an hour. Of course, it depends on your time and how quickly you can go through the course.

What do I need?

The course is designed to work on any device, whether it’s a computer, tablet, or mobile phone. You can start the course on one device and finish it on another.

Can I share my account?

No, each account is allocated to a different person, with the certificate assigned to that individual. Each learner must have their own email and account to complete the training.

Are your certificates recognised?

Yes. All our certificates are recognised by relevant bodies. The training and certificates strictly follow government legislation and are accepted by employers and the industry.

Do you offer discounts?

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. If you didn’t pass your course, you can request a full refund. Once you have received a certificate, no refunds are available as we cannot revoke certificates. To request a refund, email us at [email protected].
