Refund policy
All sales made through our website are final.
Refunds will not be granted for courses that have been completed and for which a certificate has been issued.
To process a refund, we require the following information:
Transaction ID and customer’s identification details (First Name, Last Name, and Email address) matching the transaction ID details.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Upon refund processing, the customer will lose access to the purchased services, and the customer’s account will be permanently deleted if there are no other existing certificates.
