How long is the course?

On average the course takes about 45 minutes to an hour. Of course, it depends on your time and how quickly you can go through the course.

What do I need?

The course was designed to work on any device, your computer, tablet or mobile phone. You can start the course on one device and finish it on another.

Can I share my account?

No, each account is allocated to a different person, and that person has the certificate assigned to them. Each learner must have their own email and an account to complete the training.

Are your certificates recognised?

Yes. All our certificates are recognised by the relevant bodies. The training and te certificates strictly follow the government legislation. Our certificates are accepted by the employers and the industry.

Do you offer discounts?

How do I return an item?

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. If you didn’t pass your course, you can requesst a full refund. Once you received a certificate, no refunds are available as we can’t revoke the certificates. To request a refund, email us at [email protected]
